Child Safety Standards

Vraj Sinduri is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful online environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any other content or behavior that exploits or endangers children.
1. Age Restriction
Vraj Sinduri is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account, register, or use the services provided through Vraj Sinduri.
We use age-related information provided during registration to prevent users below the minimum required age from registering on the platform.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Any account found to be involved in prohibited child-safety-related activity may be suspended or permanently removed.
3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report child safety concerns and inappropriate content through the reporting features available within Vraj Sinduri.
Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, or CSAM are treated seriously and may be reviewed and investigated promptly.
Users are encouraged to report any suspected child-safety violation as soon as possible.
4. Action Against Violations
When we identify content or activity that violates our child safety standards, we may take appropriate action, including:
Removing prohibited content.
Restricting or suspending an account.
Permanently terminating an account.
Preserving relevant information where legally permitted or required.
Reporting suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities when required by applicable law.
5. Cooperation With Authorities
Vraj Sinduri complies with applicable child safety and online safety laws and regulations.
Where required by law, we cooperate with relevant law enforcement and governmental authorities regarding reports or investigations involving child sexual abuse and exploitation.
6. Prevention and Safety
We take reasonable measures to prevent the use of Vraj Sinduri for child sexual exploitation or abuse. These measures include age restrictions, user reporting mechanisms, moderation of reported content and accounts, and appropriate action against violations.
